| If all my data is correct, do I still need to return the form? | Yes, even if all data is correct you still need to return the form. |
| Do I have to enter all data again on the form or on the web-site ? | No, whether doing it with pen on paper or through the web-site you need only to enter any adjustments to that data and sign. |
| If I update through the website, how would you verify the authenticity ? | When filling an online update you will be required to enter sensitive data like the student's date of birth, your date of birth and your ID card no. Like that we can verify authenticity. However, if the school doubts the data you will be notified. |
| If I update through the web-site how will I know that you received my update ? | Once you submit your data you will receive a confirmation there and then with the data submitted. You may print that sheet for your own records. |
| I'm separated, do I get the same form ? | In case of separated parents, we have protected your privacy by sending only the data pertaining to the student and yourself only. Both parents and/or guardians will need to update their data separately. |
| What is Priority 1 and Priority 2 ? | Priority 1 is the person to whom all correspondence is addressed. However unless otherwise instructed all correspondence will be addressed to both parents. |
