Dear Parents,

As part of our on-going profiling system we have found it necessary to update and revise all school records and require your full co-operation in this exercise.

All information will be treated as confidential and your personal instructions regarding correspondence and billing will help us to give a more efficient service.  This data update exercise is in line with the Data Protection Act and all information collected will be used according to the same Act.

All forms, whether any amendments are necessary or not, are to reach the school by Friday 11^th May 2007.   

On this site you will find an on-line data update system, a downloadable sample form and a an empty form.  You may also request assistance in filling in this form and also answer some frequently asked questions (FAQs).  You will also find a full copy of the Computer & Internet Access Policy.
